MotaCycles operates a calendar-based workshop booking system. A limited number of service slots are available Monday to Friday.
The date you select is the date your item(s) are scheduled for service. You may send your bike or component in advance of the booking date, but it will not be worked on prior to the scheduled day.
By making a booking, you are reserving a dedicated workshop time for servicing and/or any warranty repair of your bike or component.
MotaCycles accepts no liability for any delays to your scheduled booking date or any knock-on effects resulting from such delays.
All service work carried out by MotaCycles is covered by a 3-month workmanship warranty, starting from the date of repair.
If you experience issues caused by a defect in workmanship during this period:

Important: It is your responsibility to inspect and test your bike or components within the warranty period.
The service warranty applies to the owner at the time of service and is non-transferable.
Payment is due once the job is completed.
If we find that your bike or component needs extra parts or labour outside the original booking, we will contact you first to explain the situation and gain your approval before proceeding.
