How do I join the MotaCycles Rewards Program?
Easy! As soon as you create an account on our site, you're automatically enrolled. No extra steps, no secret handshakes.
How do I earn points?
For every £1 you spend, you earn points. The more you spend, the more you earn - especially as you level up through the tiers. Keep riding and keep stacking!
Do my points expire?
Yep - but only if you're inactive for 12 months. As long as you keep riding, shopping, or logging in every now and then, your points are safe.
Can I earn points on service bookings too?
Absolutely! Every time you book your bike or suspension in for a service with us, you'll earn points just like you do on products. Taking care of your bike = earning rewards. Win-win!
Can I combine my discount vouchers with other promotions?
Yep, you sure can! Your reward vouchers can be stacked with other promotions and sale items. More savings = more stoke.
