“Absolutely speechless!!!
I was looking for someone to give my MTB a once over as I’ve not touched it in a couple of years. When I called up I he explained to me that the prices may vary depending on the bike and what actually needed to be done. One thing that stood out was “I don’t want to charge you for something you don’t need” Instant trust earned. When I brought the bike over I was greeted by the nicest guy you will ever meet, he looked at my bike and said “It’s working perfectly, it might just need a tune” I was fully expecting him to tell me that XYZ needed doing or some thing that I wouldn’t have thought of. He also gave me a bunch of advice on questions I had, showed me things such as what he uses for a bike rack & also showed me some of the trails he went down for advice on where to go. Honestly, I wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else now. Thanks again 10/10”
