From Our Shop to Your Door
We know how exciting it is to get new bike parts, gear, suspension, or upgrades - so we do our best to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Here's how it works:
In-stock orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. For items showing as "In stock with supplier – dispatched in 2–3 days", please allow additional time for dispatch, as these products first need to arrive from our supplier before we ship them to you.
For orders over £60, we offer free Standard Tracked Delivery. Orders under £60 are subject to a £3.50 delivery fee. Standard deliveries typically arrive within 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery through Royal Mail.
For a faster service, we offer Priority Tracked Delivery for £4.50. This option usually delivers within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch, including Saturdays. Priority orders also move to the front of our picking and packing queue for faster handling. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Bikes are shipped via a specialist courier to ensure safe and secure delivery. Every bike is fully assembled, inspected, and tested by our qualified mechanics before being carefully boxed for shipping. This preparation process means next-day delivery is not available for bikes. Once your bike is ready to go, one of our team members will contact you to confirm the dispatch and delivery dates. On the delivery day, the courier will also contact you directly to confirm the drop-off.
If you're ordering a bike that is not currently in stock, we'll contact you to provide an estimated lead time. You're also welcome to place a deposit to secure your bike while it's on backorder.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or Ireland, different delivery charges and timescales apply. For international orders or remote locations, please contact us in advance for a shipping quote and estimated delivery timeframe.
All MotaCycles orders are trackable. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse/shop/workshop.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if your delivery arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
