- How often should I service my suspension?
- We recommend servicing your suspension every 50 hours of riding or at least once a year — whichever comes first — to keep things running smooth and reliable.
- What's included in a suspension service?
- Our service covers cleaning, replacing seals, changing oil, and a full inspection to catch any wear or damage. We'll make sure your fork and shock are ready to roll.
- How long does a suspension service take?
- Usually, it takes about 1-2 days, depending on the workload. We'll keep you updated and aim to get you back on your bike ASAP.
- Do you replace parts during the service?
- We replace seals and oil as standard. If other parts need replacing, we'll let you know and get your approval before doing any extra work.
- Why is suspension service important?
- Because a tired suspension means less control, more wear, and a rougher ride. Keeping it fresh makes your bike handle better and last longer.
- Can I still ride my bike if my suspension feels off?
- You can, but it's not ideal. Riding on worn suspension can cause damage and make the ride uncomfortable or unsafe. Better to get it serviced soon!
- What if my suspension leaks oil?
- That's a sign it needs servicing ASAP. Don't worry - we'll fix the leaks and get you back on the trail with no mess.
