Our service plans are designed for every kind of rider. Stay on top of maintenance, save on parts, and get priority workshop slots when you need them most.
Prices cover labour only. Parts are extra because no two bikes are the same… and neither are their parts.

Monthly service plans have a 12‑month minimum term. Annual plans are billed once per year until you cancel before your renewal date. Full details of each plan, including what's included, are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Frequently asked questions
What's actually included in the service plans?
Our bike plans cover all the labour for your scheduled services - like safety checks, tune-ups, and overhauls - depending on the plan. Parts, though? Those are quoted separately, because every bike has its own quirks and needs.
Can I save money if I pay for the full year upfront?
Yep! All our plans come with sweet discounts if you pay annually. More riding, less worrying… and more money left for new bike gear.
What happens if I miss a service?
Life happens! If you miss a scheduled service, don't stress. Just get in touch and we'll help reschedule. Services don't roll over forever though, so best to use them within the plan year.
Do the plans include parts?
Short answer: Nope. Long answer: Every bike is different, and the parts needed can vary a lot. We'll always give you a quote before fitting anything though—no surprises here!
How do I book my service once I have a plan?
Easy! Just give us a call, pop by the shop, or book online. Let us know you're on a plan and we'll sort you with priority booking.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. If you start on one plan and realise you're riding more or harder than expected, just get in touch and we'll help bump you up.
Is suspension servicing included in bike service plans?
Not by default - but we do offer separate Suspension Service Plans if you want to cover your fork and shock too. Or… we can help build you a custom combo plan!
What's the deal with the free 6-week check?
On most plans, after every full service, you'll get a free 6-week safety check. It's our way of making sure your bike stays dialled and running sweet after the work's done.
Can I share my plan between bikes?
Good question - but unfortunately, service plans are bike-specific. One plan = one bike. If you've got multiple steeds… we've got multi-bike deals though! Just ask.
What if I want something totally custom?
We love that energy! Just drop us a message or stop by the shop. We'll build a custom service plan that fits your riding style, your bike, and your calendar.
Can I cancel my service plan?
Yes — you can cancel your plan, but all service plans come with a minimum 12-month commitment.
If you choose to cancel before the 12 months are up, you'll still need to continue paying until the end of your plan term. The good news? You'll keep full access to all the benefits and services included in your plan for the remainder of that period.
